Joseph Szabo, 59, of Dover, passed away suddenly on Monday, December 23, 2013. Joseph was born in Budapest, Hungary. He lived in the Mount Hope section of Rockaway before residing in Dover for the past 20 years. Mr. Szabo was the superintendent of Northside Apartments, Dover for the past ten years.
Joseph is survived by his lifelong partner and beloved friend Debra Mantini and her parents Mr. and Mrs. Richard M. Newman, his daughter Angela Marie Szabo of TN, a brother George John Szabo of Morris Twp., and a sister Sarah Delucchi of SC. Also survived by Gregory, Michael, Peter,Jr, Danielle, Christine and Andrew and beloved grandchildren- Gianna, Kate, Lilianna, and Susan. Predeceased by his parents Sarah and George Szabo.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2013, 10:00AM at Grace United Methodist Church, 98 N Sussex Street, Dover (973-366-3681). In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to Debra Mantini to help with the funeral services. Arrangements by Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (Tuttlefh.com)
