Thomas F. O'Connell, 76, of Randolph, NJ, passed away Monday, August 15th, 2011 at home. Born in Jeannette, PA, Thomas has been a resident of Randolph since 1997. He was a Parishioner of Resurrection Parish, Randolph, NJ. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Tom worked as an Investment Manager at I.B.M. in Armonk, NY, and retired after 21 years in 1997. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #1222, Greensburg, PA. Thomas is survived by his wife Joanne H. of 50 years; four children: Bill and wife Jane, Mary Ellen DeNoon and husband Paul, Julie Corrigan and husband Bob, and Kate Sullivan and husband Joe. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren Thomas, Erin, Michael, Grace, Joe, Maggie, Jack, Madeline, Patrick, Meghan, and Colleen. Visitation Thursday, August 18th, 2011, 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph, NJ 07869 (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass will be held at Resurrection Parish, Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ, at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 19th, 2011. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in his memory to Life Choice Hospice, 65 E. Route 4, First Floor, River Edge, NJ 07661.
