Thursday April 30,2009 10:00 AM Julia W. Stringer Mrs. Julia W. Stringer of Dover passed away Saturday, April 25th, 2009 at Kessler Institute, Chester Township. She was born February 25, 1914, the daughter of Francis Woodward and Carrie (Skellenger). Resident of Dover most of her life. Until her death, Mrs. Stringer was the longest living member of First Memorial Presbyterian Church in Dover. She worked as a clerk at Swartz Motors, Dover. Mrs. Stringer is survived by her son Douglas L. Dickerson of Dover and her daughter Louise D. Milner of Hamilton, NY; five grandchildren Susan Mezger and husband Mark, Brian Dickerson, Shawn Milner and his wife Kathy, Christopher Milner and his wife Cindy, and Terry Milner and his wife Katie. Also surviving are seven great-grandchildren Matthew, Renee', Abby, Justin, Amy, Julia and Scott; and her cousin Elizabeth Olson of Tulsa, OK. Predeceased by her husbands Dr. Leslie P. Stringer and Thomas L. Dickerson, Jr.. Funeral Services will be held at the First Memorial Presbyterian Church, 51 West Blackwell Street, Dover, at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2009. Interment Chester Cemetery, Hillside Road, Chester. Visitation Wednesday, April 29, 2009, 4 - 8 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph. www.tuttlefh.com
