Carolyn B. Cocking, 84, of Lake Shawnee, passed away Monday, January 24th, 2011 at Saint Clares Hospital, Denville. Carolyn was born in Dover, and has been a resident of Lake Shawnee for 62 years.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ledgewood.
She worked as a Bank Associate for the First Union Bank, Succasunna, and retired in the late 1980's after 20 years.
Member of the Order of Eastern Star, Pearl Chapter #79, Dover and the Daughters of American Revolution, Roxbury.
Carolyn is survived by her son William H. and her daughter Sara Dailey; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation Friday, January 28th, 2011, 3-5 & 7-9 P.M. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com).
Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home, 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 29th, 2011. Interment will follow at Orchard Street Cemetery, Dover.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her memory to the First Baptist Church of Ledgewood, 233 Main Street, Ledgewood, NJ 07852.
