Saturday April 18, 2009 9:30 AM Mass Lawrence Stanchina Mr. Lawrence Stanchina, 54, of Randolph passed away suddenly Monday, April 13th, 2009 at Saint Clares Hospital, Denville. Resident of Randolph since 1992, moved here from Rockaway. Mr. Stanchina was born in Detroit, MI. He was a member of Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church, Cedar Knolls. He worked as a Quality Assurance Director at Medin in Passaic. He was an active sports official in northern NJ, current ASA Morris County Commissioner officiating college softball through division I (1) as well as numerous national softball tournaments each year. Survived by his wife Mary, three children Desiree Stanchina of PA, Cheryl Vignoli of AZ, Nicholas Vignoli of Oak Ridge; his father John of PA, three sisters Julia Borges of Randolph, Rosemarie Best & Catherine Mendel both of PA. Also survived by three nieces and one nephew. Predeceased by his mother Carol in 1994. A Funeral Mass will be held at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church, Cedar Knolls, at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 18th, 2009. Visitation Friday, April 17, 2009, 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph.
