FANNIE A. APPIO AGE: 92 SUCCASUNNA Fannie A. Appio, 92, of Succasunna, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010 at Morris View Nursing Home, Morris Township, following a long illness. Fannie was born in Morristown. She was a resident of Succasunna since 1992, formerly of Florham Park for 23 years. She worked as a Treasurer/Tax Collector at Boro of Florham Park, Florham Park, retired in 1980 after 19 years. Member of St. Therese R.C. Church and the Rosary Society in Succasunna. Also member of Roxbury Township Senior Citizens. Survived by two children, Anthony M. Jr. and wife Janet Walker of Cornwall, CT and Arlene Graves of Succasunna. Also survived by three grandchildren, James Graves of Succasunna, Dawn Yates and Tara Appio both of TN; two great-grandchildren, Logan Yates and Leanna Yates. Predeceased by her son, Richard Appio in 2008 and her husband, Anthony in 1991. Visitation, Friday, October 15th, 2010, 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Therese R.C. Church, 151 Main Street, Succasunna (973-584-8271) at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 16th, 2010. Entombment will follow at Holy Rood Mausoleum, Morristown. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her memory to American Cancer Society , Eastern Division, Inc., Attn: Memorial Processing Center, 6725 Lyons Street, PO Box 7, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
