Arthur L. Thomas, 86, of Ledgewood, passed away Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010 at Saint Clares Hospital, Denville. He was born in Newark, and was a resident of West Orange for over 30 years.
He served in the U.S. Navy during WW II.
He worked as a machinist at D.M.E. Corporation, Hillside.
Survived by his wife Evelyn of 65 years; five sons Robert, Philip, Arthur "Skip", Brian, and Wayne. Also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial Visitation Sunday, September 26, 2010, 2 - 4 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph. Memorial Service will be Sunday, also, at 3:30 p.m. (www.tuttlefh.com)
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in his memory to The Alzheimer's Association; Greater NJ Chapter, 400 Morris Ave, Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834.
