Vera Miller was called to her maker on Saturday April 4, 2009 at the Merry Heart Health Care Center in Succasunna.
She Was Born February 14, 1927 in the Landing Section of Roxbury Twp.
She was a Roxbury High School graduate class of 1945 and a member of their alumni association.
After she married in 1955, she and her husband Horton lived in Randolph Twp for 54 years.
Employee of the R.C.A. Corporation record division for 25 years retiring in 1989. Then worked for the Dover Board of Education for 15 years and retired in 2004.
Parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, Dover.
Her home was her castle, her family her happiness. Her focus was always on home and family. She loved classical music and to attend High School sports.
She is also survived by her sister Helen Brady of Wharton, brother Michael DiDomenico and wife Rose of Roxbury. Two cherished nephews Charles and Harry Brady and many more dearly loved nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nephews. She also leaves behind her closest lifelong friend, Josie Masi-Smith of Roxbury.
Predeceased by her parents Michael and Anna DiDomenico, two sisters, Mary Esposito and Rose Santucci, and a brother John DiDomenico.
Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Tuesday April 7, 2009, 3-5PM and 7-9PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph, 07869. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday April 8, 2009, 10AM at Sacred Heart Church, Dover. Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Randolph
