Howard Gaynor
Mr. Howard Gaynor, 87, of Wharton passed away Thursday, March 19th, 2009 at Merry Heart Nursing Home, Succasunna following a long illness. Longtime resident of Dover.
Mr. Gaynor was born in Morristown.
He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, Dover.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Force in WWII.
He worked as a lineman at NJ Bell Telephone, Dover.
Member of the American Legion Post 91, Wharton.
Received his BA Degree from Fairleigh-Dickinson.
Survived by his nephew Wayne Strade, step-daughter Pamela Frunzi, his best friend and companion of many years Eleanor Burger and also his extended family.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Dover, at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, March 23rd, 2009. Visitation Monday 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph. (www.tuttlefh.com)
Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
