Pedro Ugalde,76, of Dover passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at the Morristown Medical Center in Morristown. Born in Busturia,Spain, Pedro has lived in Dover since 1961.He served in the Spanish Navy and was the owner of Biscayne Construction in Dover, retiring in 2009 after more than 30 years. Pedro was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in Dover, a member of the Builders Association and an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by Ramona, his wife of 52 years, his son, Peter and his wife Susan of Randolph, his daughter Ramona Ugalde of Dover, his three granddaughters, Sydney, Melissa and Hope, his sister, Jesusa Cayero and her husband Jose of Dover as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Jose and Juan and his sister Sofia. Arrangements are by Tuttle Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 from 4-8PM at the funeral home.The Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 10:30AM at Sacred Heart Church in Dover. The interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery in Dover. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to any of the following: The Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or The American Lung Association, 1600 US Hwy 22, Union, NJ 07083
