Obituary of May Elizabeth Meeker

May Meeker, 97, peacefully passed away on March 18, 2010 at the Regency Grande Nursing Center in Dover. She worked for many years for the Morris School District. May was born in Morristown to the late James J. Webber and Bertha Guerin Webber. She lived most of her life in Morris Plains. She is survived by six of her children, Arlein Gincley, June Pedersen, Robert Meeker, Eleanor Barbanes, Thomas Meeker and Nicholas Meeker. May is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, thirty one great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and her brother, Cave Webber of Vermont. Her husband Allan Meeker and Daughter Barbara Sugot predeceased her. Visitation will be on Sunday, March 21, 2010 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral will be held at the funeral home on Monday, March 22, 2010 at 11:30 AM. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Morristown. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, P.O. Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101.
