Mr. Frank W. Smith, 79, of St. James City, FL, passed away Monday, March 1, 2010 at Lee County Memorial Hospital, Cape Coral, FL. Resident of St. James City, FL since 1985
Mr. Smith was born in Kearny, NJ.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict.
He was the co-owner and operator of the former Smitty's Marine on Lake Hopatcong over 30 years.
Former Member of the American Power Boat Association and an avid boat racer and engine builder. Survived by his brother, Ronald A. Smith of Florida and Lake Hopatcong. Also survived by several cousins
Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM at the Funeral Home.
