Obituary of Gertrude M. Habel

March 13th, 2009 Gertrude M. Habel Mrs. Gertrude M. Habel, 94, of Ledgewood passed away Sunday, March 8th, 2009 at Andover Subacute Nursing Home, Andover Township. Resident of Ledgewood since 1996. Moved here from Hopatcong. Mrs. Habel was born in Hazelton, PA. She worked as a registered nurse at Archbishop Walsh High School, Irvington. Retired in 1984 after 30 years. Vice-President of the Hopatcong Ambulance Squad Womens Auxiliary and the Roxbury Township Fire Department Womens Auxiliary. Survived by her son Paul of Blairstown and two grandchildren Jennifer & Joshua Habel. Also survived by her dear friends Robert and Joanne Suchocki of Clark and Patricia Lynch of Newton.
