Obituary of Daniel M. Koetters

Daniel M. Koetters, 67, of Succasunna, passed away at home, Thursday, June 2nd, 2016 following a long illness. Daniel was born in Tujunga, CA and has been a resident of Succasunna for 11 years. He formerly resided in Pompton Plains and Butler. He worked as a Chemist at Hoffman La Roche, Branchburg, and he retired in 2010 after 15 years. He also was a Research and Development Chemist at Fisher Scientific for over 20 years. He received his Masters Degree in Chemistry and Math from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He was an avid shooter and was a member of the Northern NJ Police Revolver League and he shot for the Riverdale Police Pistol Team. He enjoyed bowling, boating and the Food Network. He is survived by Nancy, his beloved wife; three sons Eric and his wife Judy of Mt. Olive, Kevin and his wife Johanna of Lebanon and Joey of Pequannock; two grandchildren Khloe and Evan and three Grandogs Belle, Georgie and Gunner. Also survived by three sisters Diane Eichman and her husband Jim of California, Joan Shepard and her husband Bob of Toms River and Kathleen Barlics and her husband Bill of Nevada and many nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday, June 7th, 2016 4:00 - 7:30 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Service will follow at 7:30 PM, also at the funeral home.
