Estler, Maurietta, 79, of Mine Hill Township, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016, after a brief illness. She was born and raised in Berkshire Valley, moved to Mine Hill in 1965 and worked as a Program Analyst for Picatinny Arsenal for over 40 years. She was involved in Church of the Covenant in Hackettstown and spent her later years caring for others. Predeceased by her husband of 58 years, David R. Estler. She is survived by daughter Rebecca Northuis of Greensboro NC, 9 siblings Katheryn Betty Haycock of Milton, Jane Kish of Randolph, Donald Bates of Netcong, Eileen Bates, Muriel Thompson, Daniel Bates, William Bates, Gerald Bates all of Wharton, and Joan Fogg of Thermal, CA. Visitation Monday, March 7, 2016 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Service Tuesday, March 8, 2016, 10:00 AM also at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Locust Hill Mausoleum, Dover. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Compassionate Care Hospice at Saint Clare's Hospital, 400 West Blackwell Street, Dover, NJ 07801.
