Helen Evelyn Rogers, 91, of Dover, passed away Wednesday, January 6th, 2016, at Merry Heart Health Care Center, Succasunna. Helen was born in Dover.
Before having her children, she had worked as a secretary at Reaction Motors and Picatinny Arsenal. She was a former member of the Dover Seniors and she had also volunteered at St. Clare's Hospital, Dover.
Helen is survived by her two children Cynthia White and her husband Dan and Joseph, III; two grandsons Daniel and Joseph White and her brother Peter Cutchis. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph P. Rogers, Jr. and her brother George Cutchis.
Visitation Sunday, January 10th, 2016, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Service Monday, January 11th, 2016, 10:00 AM at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, Randolph, (973-584-0388). Interment to follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her memory to ARC Morris County, PO Box 123, Morris Plains, NJ 07950.
