Obituary of Harold A. Borer

Harold A. Borer, 86, of Randolph, passed away Saturday, December 12th, 2015, at Saint Clare's Hospital, Dover. He was born in North Bergen, resided in Creskill and has been a resident of Randolph for over 52 years. He served as a Corporal in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He worked as a sales and serviceman for Royal Typewriter Co. and retired in 1985 after 30 years. He was also a recreation Greenskeeper for the Roxiticus Golf Club and retired from there in 1993 after 10 years. He is survived by his three sons Thomas of Apollo Beach, FL, Donald of Washington and Robert of Flanders; daughter Susan Lee of Hackettstown; eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brother Richard of PA; and sisters Marilyn Matthews of FL and Virginia DeStephano of Red Bank. He is predeceased by his wife Barbara in 2005. Visitation Wednesday, December 16th, 2015, 4:00-8:00PM, at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Services Thursday, December 17th, 2015, 10:00AM also at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.
