Patricia Blake Sayles, 80, passed peacefully with her family by her side on September 30, 2014. She was a longtime resident of Chatham.
She is survived by her family that meant the world to her; three children Lynn Devereux, Rick Sayles and Stephen Sayles; five grandchildren Brandon Ciercielli, Greg Sayles, Kimberly Poulo, Amy Sayles and Brittany Poulo; two step-grandchildren Erica Devereux and Kimberly Devereux; two great-grandchildren and two brothers Buck Blake and Walter Bradford. Predeceased by her loving husband of 50 years Thomas D. Sayles, Jr..
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
