Obituary of Eleanor L. Richards

Eleanor L. Richards,of Rockaway Borough,passed away on Friday,March 23,2012 at the Merry Heart Health Care Center in Succasunna after a short illness.She was 94 years old.Born in Dover, she had lived in Rockaway Borough since 1946.Eleanor had worked as an Assistant Teacher at the Page Nursery School in Parsippany for 20 years,retiring in 1977.She was a Member of The First Presbyterian Church in Rockaway. She is survived by her two daughters,Lillian Peer and her husband Arthur W. of Florida and Janet M. Richards of Rockaway.Her three grandchildren,Donna Mangano and her husband Michael,Pamela Peer and Jennifer Elkins and her husband Thomas.Her two great grandchildren,Ryan and Marissa Mangano.Her sister Clarice McCleary of Florida as well as many nieces and nephews. Eleanor was predeceased by her husband Wilbur A. in 1986. The visitation will be held at Tuttle Funeral Home,272 Route 10 West in Randolph www.Tuttlefh.com on Monday,March 26,2012 from 3-5 & 7-9PM.The Funeral Service will be on Tuesday,March 27,2012 at 11:00 AM,also at the funeral home.Interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover.
