Obituary of Erasmo Carmona

Erasmo Carmona Sr, passed away January 20, 2022 at the age of 88 years old. He was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. He was a loyal employee to Flanders Golf Course, Flanders NJ. Erasmo was an avid golfer. He grew up with his dear friend Chi Chi Rodriguez as caddies in local county clubs in Puerto Rico. He loved baseball and the challenge of playing dominoes.

Erasmo is survived by his sons, Luis (Willy) and daughter in law Delia, grandchildren Willy and Slugger Carmona of Dover, great grandchildren Autumn, Xander and Zion Carmona. He is also survived by his daughter in law Wendy Carmona of Dover, grandchildren India of Pennsylvania, Ivanna of Pennsylvania and Isaac Carmona of Dover. As well as his Daughter Dayahanna Nunez  and son Marco Antonio Carmona of California, his sister Isabel Figueroa-Carmona and husband Efrain of Pennsylvania, his brothers Victor, Edwin, Roberto of Puerto Rico, Tilo of Florida, and many loving nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his son Erasmo Jr (Junior).

No funeral services are immediately planned. The family will notify loved ones in the spring when services are scheduled.
