Rodney A. Capps, 73, of Dover, passed away on Saturday, November 13,2021, at his home. He was the owner of The Sign People, Dover, before retiring.
He was predeceased by his beautiful wife Linda A Capps. Rodney's surviving family include his son Christopher R. Capps, his two children, Marine Officer Sean M. Capps and Lauren M. Capps, of Mobile Alabama. Daughter Jessica L. Capps, her son, Officer JD Capps, his wife Amber L. Capps and their son, Rodney's Great Grandson Conrad J. Capps, all of Dover. He is also survived by his brother, Michael Capps of Rockaway, sister Beverly Rodkewitz, of North Carolina and a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
All arrangements private by the Tuttle Funeral Home.
