Obituary of Elfriede Maria Kelly

Elfriede Maria Kelly,  89, Beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, Oma and great Oma, long time resident of Dover and Succasunna, NJ, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021. Elfriede, daughter of Ludwig and Augusta (nee Ettenhuber), was born and raised in Munich (Bogenhousen) Germany. Elfriede met her husband Joe when he was stationed in Germany. They married, had five children and raised their family in his hometown of Pittston PA and settling in Dover NJ. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Oma, Great Oma and friend who loved her family and people of all walks of life.

Elfriede is survived by her children; daughters, Mary Bishop and husband Tony; Jean Grabau; sons; John Kelly and his wife Jill; Joe Kelly and his wife Karyl, eight grandchildren, 7 1/2 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Ilse Ettenhuber of Munich Germany. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Kelly, son James Kelly, son in law Bruce Grabau, daughter in law BettyAnn Kelly and grandson Sean Kelly.

Visitation on Monday, November 15, 2021 from 4:00PM – 8:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph, NJ (Tuttlefh.com). Funeral Service 10:00AM on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover, NJ.
