Although I didn't make it down to the marina very often, I always appreciated how Jimmy took the time to stop and chat with me whenever I was there. I also have fond memories of Jimmy's sense of humor from years of Engleman family events. Your warmth will surely be missed by all who had the pleasure of being in your presence. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to your vast ocean of loved ones. May you rest peacefully now, Captain. Pam Johnson, Don and Carly (B dock, Harbour Yacht Club)

We were lucky to have known Jimmy for over 20 years. First he was just a friend at the marina, and then he quickly became a "member" of our family. Everyone in our family loved Jimmy. In fact, Bob's mom (who was hard to please), liked him so much she insisted he be at one of her special birthday parties. Deborah and Jim's birthdays are two days apart, and often celebrated them together, sometimes doing body shots on stage at a Rich Meyer show! On one of Jim's earlier birthdays, we gave him a cake and celebrating a little too much, he fell off his boat and smashed the whole cake when his butt landed on it! For years we laughed about this. Together, Bob and Jim were such jokesters, feeding off each other. They were so funny together that they could have put their act on the road.
We watched each other's kids grow up, and took part in many of each other's family's milestones together. We shared so many times together from dinners, sleep-overs, boat trips, and even vacations. One memory we always remember was the time we couldn't go to Baltimore on a boat trip because our boat broke down. Instead of being upset, we hopped in our cars with the kids and all went down to Calabash, NC for a week at the spur of the moment. Laughter was on the menu every day that week!
Our lives are full of special memories with Jimmy. We will miss him so much. Our family was blessed to have Jimmy in our lives, but God needs this special man now. Sleep easy our friend. Love from Deborah & Bob Engleman

Rest in peace Jimbo, my condolences to Richie, Kyle, and the rest of his friends and family. I'll never forget the days watching football at Tiffs, sipping a coors light, taking it up with Jimbo.

Jimmy,
You will be truly missed, there is no human that was like you. I have so many memories from my childhood that have you in them. From the firehouse and even growing up in the neighborhood. My brothers and I were like permanent staples in your home, I don't think that Timothy and Kyle separated for several years. You are such an amazing man and I know that this loss is felt very heavy by so many people. Watch down on all of us, you truly have gained your wings.
All of my love, condolences and prayers go out to your family and your Firemen Brothers.
Jenni (Snyder) Garrison

who we are:
Tuttle Funeral home was designed as a funeral home by funeral home architects and designers. Unllike many funeral homes that were originally old homes and then were converted into funeral homes.
Though it was designed as a funeral home, it still provides the warm comforting feeling of a home, but with more space and an open feeling.
