Elizabeth was a caring and generous person who touched everyone she knew with her kind, loving heart. Her smile was infectious and lit up every room she entered. She could often be found making her delicious perogies and stuffed peppers and patiently teaching her beloved granddaughters the recipes. She loved to make her famous birthday cakes with home made icing for everyone’s special day. She loved to sing and dance the polka with her husband Michael. Elizabeth started every day watching Mother Angelica’s church service and ended each day praying the rosary. Elizabeth was blessed to have wonderful friends in her life whom she loved dearly. Their kindness during the many years they knew her was something she would cherish deeply. Her greatest joy was her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren who she showered with love every minute of every day. She was beautiful, smart, and extremely strong.
