Phyllis (nee Barker) Irwin 68, passed away March 16, 2017 after a short illness at Care One in Morristown. Phyllis was born in Somerville and grew up in Chester, she lived in London, England and has been a resident of Parsippany since 1985.
She was a self employed free lance writer for over 30 years. Phyllis was a member of AAUW and the Women's Club of Chatham. She was an avid reader and loved visiting the Parsippany Public Library.
Phyllis is survived by her husband of forty years Alan, and her brother Robert Barker.
All arrangements are private, by Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph.
