Obituary of Rosemarie B. Montroy

Mass :Wednesday, September 16,2009 at 10:00 AM. Rosemarie B. Montroy, 64, of Morris Plains,NJ passed away Thursday, September 10, 2009, at Morristown Memorial Hospital after a short illnesss.Born in Jersey City, NJ, She was a resident of Morris Plains,NJ for the last year. She moved here from Port Chester, NY where she had lived for 15 years, prior to that she had lived in Ridgefield Park,NJ. She graduated from Ridgefield Park High School in 1962. Rosemarie was the Vice President of Marketing for Direct Media Inc. in Greenwich,Ct where she had worked for 22 years.She entered the Advertising Field in 1975 and was awarded the Silver Apple Award from the Direct Marketing Club of NY in 2001. She was a parishioner of Notre Dame of Mount Carmel Church in Cedar Knolls, NJ and was an avid traveller. Survived by her son, Vincent Montroy and his wife Sharin of Morris Plains and two grandchildren: Alexandra and Victoria. Her sister, Deb Brazzel and her husband Bill of Morris Plains, her nephew: Glen Brazzel of Morris Plains and her son-in-law: David Darcy of Pennsylvania. She was pre-deceased by her daughter Mary Darcy in 2006. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Church in Whippany,NJ on Wednesday, September 16,2009 at 10:00 AM. The interment will be private.
