John T. Vernuccio, 101, of Parsippany, passed away on February 11, 2018 at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown.  Born in West New York, he was a resident of Parsippany since 2015 and formerly of NYC. John worked as a Letter Carrier for USPS, NYC and retired in 1981 after 35 years.

John was known for always trying to help others and make their life easier.

He is survived by Matilda his wife; one son Salvatore Rinchiuso and his wife Lillian of Morris Plains; one granddaughter Jessica Rinchiuso Kapral and her husband Brian of Montville; two great-grandchildren Vincent and Mia Kapral; also, many nieces and nephews. 

Visitation Friday, February 16, 2018, 2:00-4:00PM & 7:00-9:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph. Funeral Mass Saturday, February 17, 2018, 9:30AM at Trinity Church Mausoleum Chapel, NYC, NY. Entombment to follow at Trinity Church Mausoleum, NYC, NY.
