Obituary of Muriel Anne Ruck

Muriel Anne Ruck 91, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2017 at Regency Grande Nursing and Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center in Dover. Muriel was born on February 21, 1926 in Brooklyn, NY , where she was raised. Muriel and her family made their home in Ho-Ho-Kus  for 52 years, where she was actively involved with Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, both working and volunteering there. Muriel was a recent resident at Bright View in Randolph.

The Mets have lost their biggest fan. She has been an avid fan of theirs for 60 years, ever since her beloved Dodgers left for the coast.

 Predeceased by her Husband Frederick J. Ruck, she is survived by her children, Fred of Gladstone, Nancy of South Portland ME, Paul of Randolph and 4 grandchildren.

 A gathering for family and friends will be held at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph,(www.tuttlefh.com) on Saturday, September 16, 2017, from 2:00PM - 4:30PM with a Memorial Funeral service at 4:30PM.  In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to “Valley Hospital Foundation,” 223 N Van Dien Ave., Ridgewood, NJ 07450.
