Charles D. Susco Sr., 71, of Dover, passed away suddenly Friday, February 4th, 2011 at Saint Clares Hospital, Dover. Charles was born in Dover and has been a lifelong resident of Dover.
He worked as a Laborer for the Department of Transportation, Summit, and retired in 1996 after 10 years. He was a pharmaceutical operator for Warner-Lambert Company, Morris Plains for 18 years prior to working for the Department of Transportation.
Survived by his wife of 50 years, Carmela (Preziosi); his son Vincent and his daughter Cheryl Acevedo both of Dover. Also survived by two granddaughters Allyssa and Liana; two brothers Victor of FL and Samuel Jr. of Mine Hill and his sister Rose Vargo also of Mine Hill. Predeceased by his son Charles Jr.
Visitation Monday, February 7th, 2011, 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (tuttlefh.com).
Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, February 8th, 2011, 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Dover. Entombment will follow at Locust Hill Mausoleum, Dover.
